Prepare For Your Appointment

What should I do first?

Do your homework. The best way to make the most out of your appointment is to be prepared. The more detail and documentation you can provide, the more productive and efficient your appointment will be. Providing a copy of every account statement is also important. This allows your attorney to see exactly how each account is titled, which could mean the difference between a probate, or probate avoidance.

We often see clients who are meeting with us following a crisis, an illness, a fall, or even a death. We recognize you may not have all of the information you would like. Take a deep breath and do the best that you can.
